Eric is a highly decorated 23 year Air Force Veteran. He was a part of special operation missions that we see in the movies. Eric has a diverse and world class background in operations and leadership. He is passionate about serving his community, doing what’s right and helping his fellow veterans.

Matt Baasch

President
Matt is a big picture thinker that works tirelessly to optimize the potential in people and projects. He has 15 years and $200 million worth of real estate development experience. His diverse background includes large tract development, mixed use, multi family, and government leasing. Matt has spent much of his life studying and practicing leadership and business strategy.

Scott Grani

President of Construction
Scott is one of the best construction guys in the business. He has a resume that spans three decades and crosses nearly all 50 states. Scott has studied best practices in the construction process and in leadership. He has built everything from dog houses to wind farms, totaling hundreds of millions in construction. Scott implements his values in all he does.
