Lake Havasu City CBOC

The Lake Havasu CBOC was a build-to-suit interior tenant improvement project. The design and construction of this ground-up project were completely managed by the team at C2 Construction.

A special emphasis on providing a therapeutic and enriching environment was instilled into this structure from day one. The home-like feel and visual/physical access to nature to promote healing shows through in the design team’s well-executed plan.

The highlights consist of a four-PACT model team/nursing station, mental health annex, tele-health conference rooms, women's health department, teaching kitchen, radiology, rehab facility, and audiology departments. Patient autonomy, respect, and privacy were designed in collaboration with the VA stakeholders and engineers.

The patient’s experience was thoughtfully planned out from the point a patient enters the site, all the way through the check-in, consultation, and re-booking process. The daily operations of this facility will be run and controlled by the management arm of this company.
