Block E

Block E is a true community project brought together through the work of longtime friends and business partners. Matt Baasch was a partner in the development and ownership of Block E in Moorhead, MN. This mixed use project came to fruition through a process of land assemblage and a successful proposal to the City of Moorhead to purchase and develop the key corner of Moorhead’s downtown. The development includes main floor retail and office, second floor corporate headquarters, underground parking, with apartments in the upper floors.
